Dear SSI Dealer

Its time once again to renew your Dealer Membership by reading and signing the "2008 SSI Authorized Dealer Agreement". This is a great opportunity to review and assess the accomplishment of this "Agreement" for both SSI Latin America and for yourself, as an SSI Authorized Dealer. This year we are happy to bring you the ODiN System which includes robust new Dealer Marketing and Auditing Tools to help you run your business more efficiently and profitably. These Dealer Audit reports are included on your ODiN Dealer Area website, available 24 hours a day! These reports can provide valuable information about your Training Program's success, and will show you exactly how many students you've trained each year, broken down by level, region, Instructor and equipment.

When you read, complete, and sign this SSI Authorized Dealer Agreement, you do so with the understanding and agreement that your role as an SSI Authorized Dealer is to Market, Promote and Sell SSI Educational Materials, and also to use and apply the SSI Educational System in it's entirety, which includes: SSI Training Records, SSI Manuals, SSI Videos, SSI DVDs, the SSI Total DiveLog System, and to issue SSI Certifications. SSI performs annual audits to evaluate the performance of SSI Dealers in order to assure that the SSI Dealer Agreement is fulfilled as intended.

If for any reason you do not agree with or understand the SSI Authorized Dealer Agreement, please do not sign it! Please call us to discuss it and together we can look to maximize our mutual benefits. However, if you are in agreement, please complete, sign and return it to us as soon as possible in order to avoid interruption of your membership as an SSI Authorized Dealer.

Dealers who have not signed and returned this Dealer Agreement prior to Jan. 1st will be automatically removed from the SSI Dealer List and will not have access to the ODiN system. There is a 15 day grace period allowing renewal and re-listing on the ODiN network without paying a late fee. Please remember that there is no cost to renew your Dealer Membership so long as you do so promptly, however late renewals (received after Jan. 15) will be subject to a re-instatement fee of $100.00.

Please note that as of 1/1/2008, participation in the ODiN System is mandatory. SSI Dealers worldwide will pay an annual user fee for access to this network, and the user fee is subject to change.

Once we receive your Renewal Agreement, we will send you the 2008 Passwords to your own personal page on the new www.divessi.com ODiN network and you can start uploading your information and processing diver certifications right away.
